Mission and areas of work
The Foundation’s mission is to support people and communities through thoughtful, structured, and responsible charitable action—with priority for children and families. We focus on durable outcomes rather than one-off gestures: every initiative should align with the charter, Ukrainian law, and transparency principles. The Foundation acts as an institution—respecting those it serves, weighing risks, and concentrating on real needs rather than noise. It responds to needs for assistance and is not limited by geography.
Targeted assistance
Practical help for individuals and families facing acute or prolonged vulnerability—essential needs, programme accompaniment, and partner coordination where appropriate. Decisions are measured and context-aware.
Humanitarian support
Material and organisational assistance where urgent or structured help is required. The Foundation prefers clear support chains and accountability over ad-hoc distribution.
Medical assistance
Facilitating access to treatment, rehabilitation, and related needs within the Foundation’s mandate and means. This complements—not replaces—public healthcare, with emphasis on cases where targeted help can change outcomes for a child or family.
Family stability
Approaches that strengthen families’ ability to weather difficult periods—combining material support with information or coordination where it makes sense.
Education and opportunity
Supporting educational initiatives for children and young people from vulnerable groups to reduce gaps in access to learning and development. The emphasis is on sustainable formats rather than one-off events without follow-through.
Long-term social impact
Projects aimed at durable improvements in quality of life and the improvement or restoration of social-purpose facilities—within the charter, with a clear statement of goals and expected results.
